Q:What do I do if I have an emergency?

A:You can call us anytime day or night for emergency services.We have staff on hand to handle these calls.

A:Yes.All employees are licensed and trained in the fields you require.

 

 

Q:How quickly can the services be provided.

A:A company representative will come to your site immediately for the issue you are having troubleshoot the problem, and make a determination of the problem. He/she will then contact supervisor and discuss the remedy. Upon approval work will begin immediately.

 

Q:Can I e-mail my issues instead of calling?

A:Yes. As soon as we receive the e-mail we will treat it as any other call and a representative will come to your site immediately.

 

Q:What type of payments do you accept?

A:We accept most major credit cards, checks,PO #'s,and cash. New customers may be required to pay at time of service until established with C & S Services Group.
